Osee Lieberman has a multicultural background and is fluent in eleven (11) languages. Osee earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting, his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, and his Master of Arts in International Relations and Conflict Resolution and Peacekeeping from the American Military University. A strong proponent of ongoing education, Osee is currently working toward another Master and Doctorate Degree in Political Science and Counter-Intelligence at the American Military University. He also holds a wide range of professional certificates, in such varied topics as Community Inclusion, Social Behavior Research (Arizona State University), Community-Based Peacebuilding (St. Francis Xavier University of Canada), Project Management, Cultural Diplomacy, National Security, and Global Risks; he also studied Cultural Diplomacy and United Nations Humanitarian Affairs with the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy.
Osee is a dynamic and motivated program support professional with a proven record of generating results and managing projects from concept to completion. Throughout his professional career, Osee has taken a leadership role in the administration, coordination, and review of multiple projects, and under his guidance, teams have researched, developed, secured, and managed grants and contracts in compliance with federal/state (CFR, APS, RFA, RFP/Q or IFB) regulations. He has successfully implemented community outreach efforts and new business development strategies that drove growth among the local NGOs and businesses he has served, including public-private partnerships (PPPs) he has developed.
In support of budgets and U.S. foreign assistance legislation, Osee has conducted qualitative and quantitative research on U.S. foreign policy and then, articulated geopolitics metrics and impacts during official advocacy sessions with bipartisan lawmakers at the U.S. Congress. Osee has published multiple articles and penned various case studies and research programs on the topics of international relations, conflict resolutions, business development strategies, national security, and the global risks. Osee is in the process of writing two books, one a financial analysis of the political and economic regulations used to recover from the financial crisis in Europe, and the other looks at the failed UN peacekeeping mission mandate of the 1990s. In his free times, Osee enjoys reading, hiking, travelling, cooking and playing soccer.
